13:1L-24. Programs for providing job opportunities for youth and disadvantaged persons The department is authorized and directed to implement and administer comprehensive programs for the purpose of providing employment opportunities for youth or for disadvantaged persons in the improvement, maintenance and conservation of State parks and forests, public lands, recreation facilities and natural resources. The department is authorized and directed to seek the assistance and cooperation of any other federal, State or municipal department or agency in providing such employment opportunities.
