Violation; penalty; injunction

13:1J-4. Violation; penalty; injunction a. A person who violates this act shall be punished by a fine of not more than $10,000.00, to be collected in accordance with the provisions of "the penalty enforcement law" (N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq.). If the violation is of a continuing nature, each day during which it continues shall constitute an additional, separate and distinct offense. b. In addition to the penalty provided above, if a person violates this act, the attorney general may seek injunctive relief to prohibit and prevent the violation. L.1981, c. 130, s. 4, eff. May 4, 1981.
