Limitation on powers, duties and functions vested in department under this act

13:1I-6. Limitation on powers, duties and functions vested in department under this act The powers, duties and functions vested in the department under the provisions of this act shall not be construed to limit in any manner the powers, duties and functions vested therein under any other provisions of law.
