Disposal of sludge in solid waste management district

13:1E-47. Disposal of sludge in solid waste management district All sludge generated within the boundaries of any solid waste management district in this State shall be disposed of in a manner which conforms to the Statewide solid waste management plan and the solid waste management plan for the district wherein such sludge is generated.
