13:1E-207. Consumer complaints, dissemination of information a. The Department of Environmental Protection shall establish a means of addressing consumer complaints and a public education program to assure the widespread dissemination of information concerning the purpose of this act. b. The department shall have the right to enter, at any time during normal business hours and upon presentation of appropriate credentials, any recycling center as defined in section 2 of P.L.1987, c.102 (C.13:1E-99.12), or any retail establishment or scrap processing facility at which used lead acid batteries are received, stored, processed or transferred for the purposes of recycling, in order to determine compliance with the provisions of this act.
