Definitions.

13:1D-71 Definitions. 12. As used in sections 12 through 14 of this act: �Department� means the Department of Environmental Protection. �Perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances� or �PFAS� means substances that include any member of the class of fluorinated organic chemicals containing at least one fully fluorinated carbon atom.
