N.J.S.A. 13:1D-6 — Director of division of environmental quality

13:1D-6. Director of division of environmental quality The Director of the Division of Environmental Quality shall be appointed by the commissioner, subject to the approval of the Governor, and shall serve at the pleasure of the commissioner. The director shall receive such salary as shall be provided by law. The director shall administer the work of such division under the direction and supervision of the commissioner, and shall perform such other functions of the department as the commissioner may prescribe.
