Reports and certifications

13:1D-17. Reports and certifications Unless specifically otherwise provided in this act or by any operative law, whenever, pursuant to existing law, reports, certifications, applications or requests are required or permitted to be made to a department, division, bureau, board, commission, council or other agency, whose powers and duties are herein assigned or transferred, such reports and certifications shall hereafter be required to be filed with, and such applications or requests shall hereafter be made to, the department or agency to which such assignment or transfer has been made hereunder.
