13:1C-2 Board of Recreation Examiners abolished, powers, duties; transferred. 2. a. There is hereby established in the Department of Community Affairs the Board of Recreation Examiners of the State of New Jersey, which shall consist of five members to be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate. b. Upon the enactment of P.L.2013, c.253 (C.30:1-2.3a et al.), the Board of Recreation Examiners of the State of New Jersey is abolished, and the powers, functions, and duties of the board are transferred to and vested in the Commissioner of Community Affairs.
