Short title

13:1B-71. Short title This act shall be known as, and may be cited as, the "Department of Environmental Protection Act of 1970." L.1948, c. 448, p. 1847, s. 122. Amended by L.1970, c. 33, s. 25, eff. Apr. 22, 1970.
