13:1B-18. Powers and duties of public housing and development authority to be performed through Division of Veterans' Services The functions, powers and duties of the public housing and development authority under and pursuant to "An act providing for housing for veterans of World War II and other people of the State and declaring an emergency in respect thereto," approved October first, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six (P.L.1946, c. 323), shall be exercised and performed through the Division of Veterans' Services in the department.
