13:1B-16. Division of Veterans' Services, powers and duties transferred to All of the functions, powers and duties of the Division of Veterans' Services of the existing Department of Economic Development, and of the Department of Economic Development and the Co-ordinator and Commissioner thereof relating to or administered through said division, herein transferred to the Department of Conservation and Economic Development, are hereby assigned to, and shall be exercised and performed through, the Division of Veterans' Services in the department.
