Definitions

13:1B-15.134. Definitions As used in this act: a. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Environmental Protection; b. "Department" means the Department of Environmental Protection; c. "Program" means the Open Lands Management Program. L.1983, c. 560, s. 2, eff. Jan. 17, 1984.
