13:1B-13.12. Termination of lease; vacation of premises; reimbursement for original costs of reclamation and permanent structures Upon the expiration of the lease, or any renewal thereof, the lessee shall cease his activity and vacate the parcel; provided, however, that he shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the council for the provable original cost of any reclamation performed on the parcel prior to the effective date of this act or with the approval of the council, and also for the value of any permanent structures erected on the parcel prior to the effective date of this act or with the approval of the council. The amount of reimbursement for permanent structures shall be based on the provable original cost, unamortized, at the time of expiration of the lease. L.1968, c. 404, s. 98.
