13:19-35 "Ecosystem-based management" defined. 2. As used in this act, "ecosystem-based management" means an integrated approach to management that integrates biological, social, and economic factors into a comprehensive strategy aimed at protecting, restoring, and enhancing the sustainability, diversity, and productivity of ecosystems.
