13:15A-15 Funds transferred to Home Port Alliance and Foundation. 5. All funds of the U.S.S. New Jersey Battleship Commission, established pursuant to P.L.1979, c. 440 (C.13:15A-1 et seq.) are transferred to the Home Port Alliance. All funds of the Foundation for the U.S.S. New Jersey Battleship established pursuant to P.L.1997, c.45 (C.13:15A-10 et al.) are transferred to the Foundation for the Battleship New Jersey. L.2007, c.262, s.5.
