Entry on lands, waters or premises

13:13A-7. Entry on lands, waters or premises In addition to the foregoing powers, the commissioner and his authorized agents and employees may enter upon any lands, waters, and premises for the purpose of making surveys, soundings, drillings, and examinations as he may deem necessary or convenient for the purposes of this act, all in accordance with due process of law, and such entry shall not be deemed a trespass nor shall an entry for such purpose be deemed an entry under any condemnation proceedings which may be then pending. The commissioner shall make reimbursement for any actual damages resulting to such lands, waters, and premises as a result of such activities. L.1974, c. 118, s. 7, eff. Oct. 10, 1974.
