Long term contracts

13:13-12.10. Long term contracts The Division of Water Policy and Supply shall be empowered to enter into long term contracts, but not exceeding twenty-five years, for the sale of such water, provided that no contract shall be entered into unless and until the Governor shall have approved thereof in writing.
