Transfer of portion of canal property to city of Trenton for highway purposes

13:13-11. Transfer of portion of canal property to city of Trenton for highway purposes The department of conservation and development is authorized and directed to transfer and convey to the city of Trenton, New Jersey, for highway purposes that portion of the Delaware and Raritan canal property lying within said city and extending from the south side of the junction of the feeder with the main canal southward to the city limits on such terms as shall be agreed upon by the board of conservation and development and the city authorities of the city of Trenton, and approved by the governor.
