Management and control of property by canal and banking company

13:12-7. Management and control of property by canal and banking company Pending the sale of the property authorized or directed by the provisions of this chapter to be sold, such property shall continue to be managed and controlled by the canal and banking company. All the other property and rights, the title to which is vested in the canal and banking company in trust for the state of New Jersey, shall continue to be managed and controlled by the canal and banking company.
