13:12-1. Corporate existence of canal and banking company continued The corporate existence of the Morris Canal and Banking Company, chartered by the act entitled "An act to incorporate a company to form an artificial navigation between the Passaic and Delaware rivers," passed December thirty-one, one thousand eight hundred and twenty-four (L.1824, p. 158), and hereinafter in this chapter designated as the "canal and banking company" , is continued.
