Maritime pilots to account for fees.

12:8-40 Maritime pilots to account for fees. 12:8-40. The maritime pilots shall, once in each month, account to the commission for the fees received by them for pilotage. The commission may require such additional financial information as it deems necessary to effectuate the purposes of this chapter, provided that such additional information, being proprietary, shall not be subject to public disclosure under P.L.1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-1 et seq.).
