12:7C-20 Rules, regulations. 14. The commission may promulgate pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) such rules and regulations deemed necessary to carry out the provisions of P.L.1975, c.369 (C.12:7C-7 et seq.).
