12:7A-22. Forms; seizure The director shall prepare and prescribe forms necessary for the proper administration of this act. The director or a member of the State Marine Police Force may seize and take possession of any certificate of ownership or title papers or other marine documents to which the director may be entitled, and which a person is under duty to return to the director, from any person or place in this State, with all the rights, privileges and immunities conferred by law on an officer executing a writ of replevin.
