12:7-48. Mooring, grounding or abandoning hulk or derelict on State lands No power vessel shall be used to moor, ground or abandon any hulk or derelict on State lands below mean high-water mark. L.1952, c. 157, p. 524, s. 5, eff. May 9, 1952.
