Fines to State

12:7-23.6. Fines to State Notwithstanding the provisions of N.J.S. 2C:46-4 or any other provision of law, rule or regulation to the contrary, all fines imposed and collected pursuant to this act shall be remitted to the State Treasurer by the court imposing and collecting the fines and shall become part of the General Fund of the State. L. 1987, c. 269, s. 6.
