Improved streams to be part of inland waterway system

12:6-9. Improved streams to be part of inland waterway system Any stream, creek, river or inlet that is improved pursuant to section 12:6-8 of this title shall constitute and form a part of the inland waterway system of this state and shall thereafter be maintained as such by the state.
