12:6-2. Marking channels of inland waterway system The board may mark by stakes, buoys, day and night signals, range marks, or otherwise, as in its judgment is necessary and expedient, the channels of the inland waterway along the Atlantic coast from Cape May to Bay Head, and the waters connected therewith and adjacent thereto.
