Misdemeanor

12:3-59. Misdemeanor Any person who shall willfully moor, ground or otherwise attach or fasten, or authorize, cause or permit to be moored, grounded or otherwise attached or fastened, any boat, barge or raft to or upon the riparian lands of the state, for a period of more than ten days consecutively, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
