Notice

12:3-51. Notice Before the entry is made the board shall give notice: a. By publication at least once a week for six weeks in a newspaper published in the county in which the land covered by the lease is situate; or b. By serving a copy of the notice personally on the lessee, his heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns.
