General control of commerce and navigation

12:2-14. General control of commerce and navigation The board shall have full control and direction of all state projects and work relating, in any way whatsoever, to commerce and navigation, except such work as is conferred upon other boards, commissions, officers or agencies not included within the provisions of this chapter.
