State, counties and municipalities authorized to apply for establishment of zones

12:13-1. State, counties and municipalities authorized to apply for establishment of zones The state of New Jersey, and any county or municipality, or public agency of the state, may make application for establishing, operating and maintaining foreign trade zones in this state, agreeably to and pursuant to the provisions of an act of the federal congress entitled "A bill to provide for the establishment, operation and maintenance of foreign trade zones in ports of entry in the United States, and to expedite and encourage foreign commerce."
