11A:7-7. Agency accountability for affirmative action plan 11A:7-7. Agency accountability for affirmative action plan. The head of each State agency shall be accountable to the Governor for achieving and maintaining agency compliance with the affirmative action program. L. 1986, c. 112, s. 11A:7-7, eff.
