11A:6-20. Supplemental compensation; certification of accumulated sick leave 11A:6-20. Supplemental compensation; certification of accumulated sick leave. Upon application for supplemental compensation made by an employee, the appointing authority shall, within 45 days, certify the number of accumulated sick days for which supplemental compensation is to be paid. Payment shall be made from a special State account established for this purpose. L. 1986, c. 112, s. 11A:6-20, eff. Sept. 25, 1986.
