Rights of current employees

11A:12-2. Rights of current employees 11A:12-2. Rights of current employees. Those employees with permanent classified status shall obtain permanent status in career service without loss of seniority or pension rights. L. 1986, c. 112, s. 11A:12-2, eff. Sept. 25, 1986.
