Filing of petition and resolution with bill

1:6-16. Filing of petition and resolution with bill The original of the petition for the passage of such a law, together with a duly certified copy of the ordinance or resolution authorizing the filing of the same, shall be presented and filed with the bill when the bill is introduced and, after final vote upon the bill, shall be filed and deposited in the office of the Secretary of State with the proof of publication of the notice of intention to apply for the passage of the bill.
