1:1-3. Effect of definitions on treaties, compacts, or agreements Definitions of words and phrases applicable to statutes generally shall not be so construed as either to limit or enlarge any provision in any treaty, compact or agreement between this state and any other state or the United States, including treaties, compacts or agreements created by, embodied in or resulting from concurrent, complementary or reciprocal legislation.
