1:1-19. Corporations, associations or societies included in Revised Statutes Any corporation, association or society incorporated, organized or formed prior to the effective date of the Revised Statutes under or by virtue of any act or part of any act, the substance of which has been included, in whole or in part, in the Revised Statutes as a title, subtitle, part, chapter, article or section or sections thereof, may be referred to and shall be included within the designation or description of corporations, associations or societies incorporated, organized or formed under or by virtue of the provisions of such title, subtitle, part, chapter, article or section or sections.
